At the time of shipping, the customer will receive an informative email from our customer service and the courier directly.
Shipping Information
Studio19 by Giacomo Caporusso will use the shipping information provided by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart.
The only valid data for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the order copy, so the customer is required to check all the information provided in the order copy they will receive via email.
Studio19 by Giacomo Caporusso cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete addresses, or lack of useful indications to identify the delivery location.
Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 5 working days from payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, order processing will take longer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, during the following hours: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM / 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, if placed on a public holiday, they will be processed starting the next working day.
Authorized Delivery of Shipment
At the time of delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before signing to confirm receipt of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives damaged or if the sealing sticker is not intact, the customer is requested to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and to contact us by sending an email to sales.freelifeab@studio19adv.com
