Delivery status
At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an information email from our customer service and from the courier directly.

Shipping data
Studio19 by Giacomo Caporusso will use those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart as shipping data.
The only data valid for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all the data reported in the copy of the order that he will receive via email.
Studio19 di Giacomo Caporusso cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or without useful information to identify the place of delivery.

Fulfillment timing
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing will take longer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 8.30am - 1.30pm / 3.00pm - 6.30pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if carried out on a public holiday they will be processed starting from the following working day.
Authorized Delivery of the Shipment
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with or if the envelope sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to address sales.freelifeab@studio19adv.com
