RETURN OF GOODS
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending an email to sales.freelifeab@studio19adv.com with the following information: first name, last name, order number, reason for withdrawal.
Instructions for the return procedure will be provided later.
It is specified that the shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are intact and that the item has the original packaging, complete with all tags.

The amount of the purchased item will be refunded within 30 days following the return of the goods.


EXCHANGE OF GOODS and/or REFUND
In case of exercising the right of return for an exchange of goods, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Write an email to sales.freelifeab@studio19adv.com within 2 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure as communicated by our customer service.
3. Ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached.
Remember that you can ship your return only from the country where you placed the order. We will replace or refund only the items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following the receipt of the email from our customer care with the procedures to follow (the date indicated on the postmark or the courier's transport document will be considered valid).
The return will be processed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. Within the same timeframe, the outcome will be communicated (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made via bank transfer or PayPal refund.
The return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In case of an exchange, the shipping of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.

In case of receiving a non-compliant product, the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller (FreeLife AB).
