The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale refer exclusively to the presentation, offer, forwarding, and acceptance of purchase orders for products available on www.freelifeab.it.
To purchase through our site, the following conditions are required: Be over 18 years of age. Have a personal and valid email address. Meet the requirements to access and legally enter into binding contracts. Have a credit card for certification and payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or have a Bank Account to make a Bank Transfer. The purchase can only be completed for items published on www.freelifeab.it and until stock is exhausted. 2. Conclusion of the contract
To complete the purchase of one or more products on www.freelifeab.it, it is essential for the user to first register by following the guided purchasing procedure, and to subsequently accept all sales clauses in addition to what is provided in point 1 of these general terms and conditions of sale.

In particular, in the case of products no longer available, or on sale at the time of the last access to the site (or the sending of the order form) but subsequently no longer available, it will be the responsibility of www.freelifeab.it to communicate, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the order was transmitted, the possible unavailability of the ordered products.
In the case of a contract not concluded that has nevertheless generated a payment of the price, Studio19Adv by Giacomo Caporusso will promptly refund what has already been advanced by the user.

3. Guarantees
On www.freelifeab.it, products of the exclusive brand FREE LIFE AB are offered for sale. www.freelifeab.it does not sell used, irregular, or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.freelifeab.it within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.freelifeab.it may, however, not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor used, and no exception can be raised in this regard by the consumer.

4. Modification and updating of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified from time to time also considering any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will in any case be effective from the date of publication on freelifeab.it. In case of disagreement in whole or in part with the General Terms and Conditions of www.freelifeab.it, it is requested not to use our website. Orders accepted before the change are subject to the previous general terms and conditions of sale.

In case of non-collection of the order with delivery in European and non-EU countries, customers will be charged costs for duties and/or shipping due to the return of the order to our warehouses.

For orders with delivery outside the EU (U.K. - U.S.A. - CANADA etc), customers may be required (by the FEDEX courier) to make an additional payment for customs duties and customs clearance procedures.
